Recently, the list of “2019 Top 10 Representatives，Events and Innovation Cases of Rule of Law in Hubei 9” was announced. Prof. Zhu Jie was listed among the top 10 representatives of rule of law and the Symposium on the Practice of International Rule of Law in China was among the top 10 events of rule of law.
The selection was sponsored by the Office of the Provincial Committee for the Comprehensive Governance of the Province in accordance with the law, the Provincial Committee for Political and Legal Affairs and the Provincial Department of Justice, and undertaken by the Jingchu Network (Hubei Daily Network), with the aim of exerting the demonstration, leading and driving role of advanced figures, typical events and innovative cases in the construction of the rule of law.

The event received a total of 159 units recommended objects, of which 60 recommended objects are selected for the candidates after the initial evaluation by experts. After online voting, expert panel review, review committee validation and list publicity and other procedures, 30 of representatives, events and innovation cases were selected in the list of “2019 Top 10 Representatives，Events and Innovation Cases of Rule of Law in Hubei”.
